
Time to move your body! Our mat classes are suitable for all fitness levels and are a full body workout. This class is specifically pitched more at beginners or those wanting a gentle class. Pilates exercises are low impact and use both bodyweight and small equipment to get your muscles working.
Please bring a mat if you have one and wear clothes that are comfortable to move around in.

Slow Vinyasa Yoga ▸ All levels / Beginner friendly
Slow Flow is a slower paced practice focusing on breath, technique and alignment while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a slow vinyasa yoga class {flowing from one pose to the next with our breath}.
This class typically includes pranayama {breathwork}, seated, standing & laying poses. We practice foundational Sun Salutes and flows, standing strength, balance and core work.
We finish with juicy, longer held floor poses and then best pose of them all ... savasana, where we lay down and rest. During savasana, I may offer a body scan, meditation, breath practice or silence to allow all the benefits of your practice to sink in.
*You do need to be able to get from seated on the floor up to standing to attend this class.

Restorative & Yin Yoga â–¸ All levels / Beginner friendly
This class is super slow and super delicious! All floor based with no standing poses, this practice helps calm your nervous system and relieve tension held in your body.Â
We'll often use yoga props in this class in longer held poses so please bring a yoga bolster if you have one plus any extras to help make your practice as comfortable as possible {ie, blanket, cushion, eye pillow}.
This class is deeply restorative for your mind, body and soul.

Vinyasa Yoga ▸ Intermediate
This is a dynamic, vinyasa class that has an emphasis on flowing from one pose to another, matched with your breath, while working towards a peak pose or flow.
This class usually runs in a progressive series* and is best suited for yogis who are familiar with Sun Salutes and yoga in general as less instruction is given for foundational poses and flows.
We explore intermediate flows and poses and we have lots of fun along the way! It's a great class to advance your yoga practice, get your blood pumping and will leave you feeling invigorated.
*We usually practice the same class across the Tuesday & Friday classes for 2 weeks giving more options and variations in each class in a progressive manner. This helps you become familiar with the class plan so you can really get into the flow of the practice {where the magic is!} but you can join a class anytime!

In a small group we'll work through a series of exercises on reformers. Our exercises are layered and suitable for a range of fitness levels. Reformers are a piece of spring loaded equipment and are incredibly versatile. Every class is a bit different, but we always work on some legs, core and upper body strength throughout the sessions.
If you've never been on a reformer before that's absolutely fine - make sure you come a few minutes early and we'll give you a run down on what's what.
Classes run for approximately 50mins.

A class tailored to those over 50 years of age, wanting to focus on some strength, balance and flexibility using Pilates reformers. No experience necessary, we keep our class sizes small so that we can modify any exercises as needed.

It's time to kick it up a notch. This class includes more of the intermediate/advanced reformer exercises and will give you a whole body workout.

A small group session on reformers, suitable for Mums with little people in tow. A whole body workout with a strong focus on core and glute strength while being mindful of your pelvic floor.
If you’d like to attend this class and you don’t have any little people that’s absolutely fine - just be mindful that there might be a little extra noise in these classes than in some of our others.

This class is designed to be the perfect end of week relax, stretch and unwind, in a small group well work through a series of exercises on reformers Exercises are layered and suitable for a range of fitness levels. The perfect way to start your day. A 45-50 minute energetic mix of strength training using free weights, resistance, body weight and cable. Focusing on whole body strength while also keeping each class varied, packed with exciting and challenging exercises and of course a great playlist. We keep our classes small so that we can ensure that exercises can be modified to ensure you get the most out of your session.
This class is suited to all fitness abilities and levels and will leave you walking out the door ready for the day ahead.

A circuit workout created for mums in all stages. Strong focus on core strength, mobility and developing a strong base to work from.
This will always have options, from beginners onward.
This session is open to all but note, there will be small people Which can make it a little bit noisier than some of our other sessions.
