Elevate Reformer with Cass

A dynamic, higher-intensity Reformer class designed to challenge strength, control, and endurance for those ready to progress.

This class is for those who are looking for a challenge and are confident on a reformer. 

Reformer Pilates at The Hub is designed to support every stage of your movement journey. Using spring-based resistance, classes build strength, control, and mobility through guided, adaptable movement. With options to suit you on the day, sessions flow within our Supported, Foundation, and Elevate streams—so you can move with confidence, progress at your own pace, and feel part of a welcoming, supportive community.

Classes run for approximately 50mins.
