Foundation Reformer with Amy

A technique-driven Reformer class building core strength, alignment, and breathing fundamentals to create a strong Pilates base.

Perfect for all levels with scalable options throughout each class.

Reformer Pilates at The Hub is designed to support every stage of your movement journey. Using spring-based resistance, classes build strength, control, and mobility through guided, adaptable movement. With options to suit you on the day, sessions flow within our Supported, Foundation, and Elevate streams—so you can move with confidence, progress at your own pace, and feel part of a welcoming, supportive community.

Classes run for approximately 50mins.
