Mat Pilates with Cass / Child Friendly

A whole body workout suitable for mum’s at all stages of the postpartum journey. We’ll use a combination of mats and other small equipment depending on the day!

Small humans are absolutely encouraged. The more the merrier!

If you would like to come along but you don’t have any children tagging along that’s absolutely fine, just be mindful that there may be a little extra noise compared to some of our other classes.

*If you are less than 3 months postpartum please consider an appointment with one of our Physiotherapists prior to booking in.
