Private Yoga

Private Yoga sessions are tailored to your specific needs and are perfect if:

  • You are starting out and want to build your yoga knowledge and confidence;
  • You want to dive deeper into your existing practice;
  • You are working on achieving a particular pose;
  • You have an injury, illness or area/s of your body that need strengthening or lengthening; or
  • You want a 1:1 personalised yoga practice, just for you!

Sessions are held privately at the Hub and all props are supplied.

TUESDAYS:
> 2.00pm to 3.00pm
> 3.30pm to 4.30pm

WEDNESDAYS:
> 2.00pm to 3.00pm
> 3.30pm to 4.30pm
> 5.00pm to 6.00pm

THURSDAYS:
> 2.00pm to 3.00pm
> 3.30pm to 4.30pm
