In a small group we'll work through a series of exercises on reformers. Our exercises are layered and suitable for a range of fitness levels. Reformers are a piece of spring loaded equipment and are incredibly versatile. Every class is a bit different, but we always work on some legs, core and upper body strength throughout the sessions.
If you've never been on a reformer before that's absolutely fine - make sure you come a few minutes early and we'll give you a run down on what's what.
Classes run for approximately 50mins.
