This class is designed to be the perfect end of week relax, stretch and unwind, in a small group well work through a series of exercises on reformers Exercises are layered and suitable for a range of fitness levels. Reformers are a piece of spring loaded equipment and are incredibly versatile and give us the ability to support the body as we move through, both lengthening, engaging muscles throughout the body, all while working with our breath.
If you've never been on a reformer before that's absolutely fine - make sure you come a few minutes early and we'll give you a run down on what's what.
Classes run for approximately 50mins.
