Saturday Session / Yoga

Start your weekend right by joining us for a 60 minute slow flow yoga practice. This class is open to all levels {you do need to be able to get up and down from your mat} and will be guided by either Sheree or Liss.

Please BYO mat and props if you have them, otherwise we have spares, plus any layers you need to be comfy.
