Small Group Strength with Cass / Child Friendly

A circuit workout created for mums in all stages. Strong focus on core strength, mobility and developing a strong base to work from.

This will always have options, from beginners onward.

This session is open to all but note, there will be small people Which can make it a little bit noisier than some of our other sessions.

*If you are less than 3 months postpartum please consider either an appointment with one of our Physiotherapists prior to booking in.
