Supported Reformer with Cass

A supportive Reformer class focused on gentle strength, mobility, and confidence while working around injury, pain, or fatigue.

If you have any significant pain however we would recommend you get in touch to discuss prior to booking.

Reformer Pilates at The Hub is designed to support every stage of your movement journey. Using spring-based resistance, classes build strength, control, and mobility through guided, adaptable movement. With options to suit you on the day, sessions flow within our Supported, Foundation, and Elevate streams—so you can move with confidence, progress at your own pace, and feel part of a welcoming, supportive community.

Classes run for approximately 50mins.
