Chakras, Mudras & Bandhas: How you can incorporate these into your practice - The Yoga Trinity:Â Breath, Mula Bandha {Core Activation} & Neutral Spine
- Yoga Class Structure
- Yoga Props & how to use them to enhance your practice
- Foundational Yoga Poses {sitting, kneeling, standing and laying} including alignment cues, modifications and variations
- Sun Salutations A & B
You will receive:
- Step-by-step technique and alignment cues, adjustments and modifications to suit your individual body
- A 36 page electronic PDF Yoga Foundations Manual that’s yours to keep and refer back to anytime you need {yoga pics and instructions included}
- The confidence to join any of my yoga classes and/or practice yoga at home
